Occasionally, you may receive what may seem to be a lower tariff offer. Please call us immediately and we will review the offer to make sure you get the best deal. If necessary, we will create a special tariff for you to suit your requirements.

Refund Policy
If BT Retail offers you a tariff that we are unable to beat, we’ll give it to you for free until the expiry of your contract. We are able to offer the lowest phone rates in the UK for several reasons:

Terms of Refund - subject to like for like comparison of Talk Warehouse phone bill with customer’s most recent BT phone bill. Customer is eligible for refund only in the event that Talk Warehouse has reviewed customer’s tariff and has been unable to beat the BT tariff in question.
