What is a Sim-only Tariff?
A: A: With our Sim-only tariff you do not receive a free phone when you sign up for the tariff, you only receive a Sim card which you will put into your phone.

What is Pay per use?
A: With Talk warehouse ‘pay per use' tariffs you only pay for the minutes you use and at competitive call rates. By only paying for what you use means that you can stay in control of your mobile communications. By not offering inclusive minutes the tariffs ensure that you only pay for the minutes you use. Other bundle tariffs on the market offer what appear to be free minutes but remember - free minutes are not free at all! This easy to understand tariffs also provides the peace of mind and clarity that you are always aware of what you are paying.

Can I transfer my number to another network?
A: Porting is the process by which a customer can switch from one network operator to another and take their existing mobile number with them. If you are planning to port from one network to another then we can process a port for you. .

What is the difference between pay per use and Pay as you go?
A: While pay as you go requires you to pre-pay for the calls you make, with our pay per use tariffs you receive a bill for the calls you make which you will need to pay. 

Am I able to keep my existing mobile numbers?
A: Yes, but your existing mobile network will have to provide you with a PAC (Porting Authorisation Code). Once you have this you need to pass this on to your Talk Warehouse service advisor.

Can I take my phone abroad?
A: Yes, all of our SIM cards are capable of roaming. This means that when you are abroad it will find the strongest network provider in that country.

Who do I speak to if I experience a fault or encounter a problem?
A: If you experience a fault or encounter a problem, all you need to do is contact our helpful support team team on 08444127272.

How and when can I pay for my bill?
A: The payment method for this plan is monthly by Direct Debit. You will always get 10 days notice before the money is taken from your account. This provides you with a hassle free way of paying your bill with the added benefit of you knowing that you are protected by the safeguards offered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. The payment date for customers that pay by direct debit or any other alternative method is on or around the15th of every month.

Is there a minimum contract?
A: As with all Talk Warehouse products and services there is no minimum term, you are free to leave when you choose. Our customers choose to stay with us because of our exceptional service, we dont force them to.
